THAT HOOFSTUFF is a family affair. Co-founder Helen's background as a zoopharmacognosy-qualified practitioner and classical dressage instructor — and her experience competing at national level, placing fourth at the British Dressage National Championships — shaped every decision behind this product.
Her understanding of how horses naturally seek out botanical compounds, combined with her love of horses, means THAT HOOFSTUFF is built on something most products aren't: a profound knowledge of what horses need, and why.
Steve, an Associate of the Worshipful Company of Farriers, adds frontline professional expertise in hoof health and remedial farriery, regularly sharing his knowledge of modern materials and advanced techniques with fellow farriers to raise standards across the profession.
Together, their combined expertise — natural science, elite competition, and professional farriery — is the foundation every pot of THAT HOOFSTUFF is built on.

Ingredients
THAT HOOFSTUFF is 100% natural ingredient, handmade hoof balm that is free from animal fats. The combination within the hoof balm protects the horses hoof with an antibacterial, antifungal and moisturising action. In the wet winter months it will help to prevent saturation of the foot. In the dry summer months, it will act towards moisturising the hoof whilst leaving a professional finish. Made from citronella essential oil, shea butter, sunflower oil, eucalyptus essential oil, coconut oil and bees wax.
